Education and training activities in Science Teaching are carried out in lecture halls, classrooms and application laboratories located in the main building of Atatürk Faculty of Education at the entrance of the campus. There are three laboratories in our department, namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology, where field applications can be performed.

Our successful students can apply and do a double major in Computer and Instructional Technologies Teaching and Primary Mathematics Education departments, depending on the quota.

Our students have the opportunity to experience and practice teaching in primary education institutions in Istanbul.

ERASMUS

Our department has an undergraduate and graduate student exchange agreement within the scope of the Erasmus program. In this way, student exchange programs are implemented and students can go to universities abroad.

Our Department has made agreements with two European universities so far within the scope of Erasmus. Currently active deals include:

Paedagogische Hochschule Weingarten, Germany (2007-2015)

Technical Universitaet Braunschweig, Germany (2010-2015)
